10/10 recommend! The best customer service I have seen in a while. On the initial install the system went down so they had to come back. They graciously worked with my schedule and came out later in the day! Addie/Addy was kind, knowledgeable and a great person! She went through how to use everything on multiple devices! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was!

I am pleased with my security system install. As a new homeowner, I asked a lot of questions and truly considered all the security concerns of my home. My sales agent Ricardo was friendly and helped me see the value in ADT, but my technician Josiah really impressed me with his expertise. Josiah was thorough as we assessed my home and provided great advice! He communicated timely before arrival and made sure I was confident in my security package.
