Nick Wright made getting our ADT home security system set up such a great experience! From the start, he was incredibly friendly, polite, and professional. He took the time to walk us through all of our options and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Nick is very knowledgeable and you can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his customers feel confident and protected in their homes. Give Nick Wright a raise dude hooked it up and was a G throughout. Even got us a plumber to help with other problems. I would trust him with my life, and I am in fact by letting him install home security for us.

Just bought my house and my family and I were there cleaning and Jordan pulled up waving at us like we knew her. She got off the car introduced herself, congratulated on the new purchase, and explained why she was here. Jordan was very sweet and professional. Jordan explained all the parts of the security system to us along with all the services offered and explained how the system works. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the services and products ADT offers and which ones we will have on the house. She engaged in genuine conversation and was very personable. I really appreciate her coming by and helping me get my security system set up!
