Very knowledgeable and straight forward to the problem. Communication skill is impeccable. Very trustworthy to work alone. To whom ever read this review please give a great performance to Addy Delgado. Also please keep in mind this review coming from an elder gentlemen acknowledged her work at my home. It is not very easy to find a young professional worker to go out to the field by herself and done very satisfy work at my home without any supervision. 10/10 recommend! The best customer service I have seen in a while. On the initial install the system went down so they had to come back. They graciously worked with my schedule and came out later in the day! Addie/Addy was kind, knowledgeable and a great person! She went through how to use everything on multiple devices! I can’t say enough about how wonderful the service was!
