Nick Write is an angel in ADT uniform! He really took care of us and is such a genuine and kind soul. Even when I mistakenly cancelled the install because I still had questions, he hooked us back up with the same offer as before and was more than happy to reschedule us the same day. I really appreciate him going above and beyond for us and ultimately helping us have peace of mind in our new home. Our Technician, Harry P., was extremely knowledgeable and kind as well. All questions answered, and I appreciate his work around with getting us all the add-ons we were excited about. Great company, great people, we are extremely happy! Thank you both!

Just bought my house and my family and I were there cleaning and Jordan pulled up waving at us like we knew her. She got off the car introduced herself, congratulated on the new purchase, and explained why she was here. Jordan was very sweet and professional. Jordan explained all the parts of the security system to us along with all the services offered and explained how the system works. Jordan was very knowledgeable about the services and products ADT offers and which ones we will have on the house. She engaged in genuine conversation and was very personable. I really appreciate her coming by and helping me get my security system set up!
